Hello !
Just to announce availability of new batch of HID2AMI boards (on Amibay)
I produced 30 new boards, and have still 12 boards available at the moment.
Contact me on PM (or directly on Amibay) if you want to have one.
Merci Beaucoup !
>Je dirais HID avec une variante SONY…
Correct: PS3 and PS4 sony controllers are not strictly HID compliant, but have a variant dedicated protocol.
>Les manettes PS3 et PS4 seraient désormais supportées…
Oui, les manettes PS3 e Ps4 sont entièrement supportés !

> Je pense que c’est compatible WHDLoad car ça converti le signal comme une manette Amiga ! (si j’ai bien compris…)
From Amiga’s point of view, there is a « real » Amiga mouse/joystick connected.
Hello Fabrice,
please note that freewheel is not supported by HID2AMI, so the behaviour is normal.
I received mines yesterday and will try them soon. Many thanks Sampedenawa !
Merci beaucoup à vous !
[Switch to English]: @Rnooo: if you send me HID report dump of your X-arcade, I can try to code a dedicated driver to make it working.
Read here for instructions:
(use USBLyzer if you can)
Pardonne mon mauvais français;

Bonjour a tous !
It is my proud to announce that our incredibly talented GothDevil has released a beautiful shellbox case for your (and mine) HID2AMI boards !
GothDevil also authorized me to put it on the GitHub and allow everyone to download the 3D printing files as Open Source.
So don’t wait: go to
https://github.com/EmberHeavyIndustries/HID2AMI#new–gothdevils-open-source-shell-case
and enjoy !
@sampedenawa, if you read this, please go at the end of the message. @menmbres AI A mon tour j’ai recu l’adaptateur YES, Vraiment top aussi la réalisation. .
Merci beaucoup GothDevil, Mandrake and Mlanie70.
Please do not miss to give me further feedback on use !
Not a problem GothDevil !
The assembled boards shall be probably delivered within 3rd week of March, so you are fully on time to reserve one for you (until availability).
I am just gathering reservations at the moment; when the boards will be in my hands I will distribuite them in order of reservation.
Hello,
Should someone be interested in pre-built HID2AMI boards (newest v1.1), I have ordered a batch of 30 boards from a professional assembler (20 of them already reserved to users).
I’ve put a post on http://www.amibay.com; should anyone be interested, place a request there.
Also visit my github for updates (https://github.com/EmberHeavyIndustries/HID2AMI)
Thank you very much !
Bien sur , ….
Unfortunately I can propose a very few number of preassembled boards in general, because I am an hobbyist and it take me 1,5-2 hours to assemble, test and clean each board.
Anyway, from time to time when I build a couple board during a weekend, I propose them on the forums I am attending (amigapage.it, eab.abime.com, and amigaimpact.org now).
I am also proposing some DIY kits, for people capable of soldering smd parts, when I have components available.
Regarding the prices: I am asking 30eur + shipping (5 eur within EU) for the assembled board, and 25EUR for the DIY kit (all components+App)
It could seem expensive, but honestly speaking I think it is a fair price considering the mere components cost 18EUR + the pcb cost 3EUR + cleaning chemicals + 2 hours work.
On the other hand, if one wants to build everything by himself, he can start with the gerbers, order pcb, get components and build the board. At the end the only thing he has to ask me is the fw « App ». The « App » does not have a formal price … but I would appreciate a donation -say- of 5EUR for each App, so I can pay me further development and prototype boards.
I don’t want to make money by selling boards or the App; my intention is to make it available to the most number of Amiga users is possible, at a fair price for both me and the user.
I would appreciate your opinion, thank you for your interest 🙂
